PW before breakfast until the new running shoes arrive. I've actually out-run my shoes, ran them into their death. Awfully tragic. Until then - only power walks in broken shoesies. Had to literally drag the dog around the 45 mins spin around Marques de Pombal this morning, lazy little thing there.
